Ostrobothnia’s most versatile racket sports and sports center featuring 14 disciplines, Vaasa Tennis Center, took a step toward the future, and we / Jake Rakennus Oy served as the design-build contractor (turnkey contractor) for the project.

In the spring of 2026, exactly 40 years after the construction of the original main building began, our implementation of a brand new hall extension as well as an extensive renovation of the existing premises was completed.

The hall complex gained 1,600 additional square meters, growing into a sports and wellness center spanning over 7,300 square meters. We had designed and implemented the spatial solutions so that the offering diversified even further and the needs of different user groups were met – whether it was a dedicated athlete, a school group, or an everyday exerciser.
