  • Project Scope: A two-story, 7,300 m² concrete and brick building (which previously housed vocational education in areas such as automotive, logistics, and building technology) was demolished in two phases. A new 4,379.5 m² building with a concrete frame and sheet metal facade was constructed on the site, along with a renovated yard and waste storage facility.

The project began with demolition, foundational work, and frame assembly during a warm summer month. Roofing and exterior wall elements were completed ahead of winter, after which work moved indoors to adapt the premises for future logistics experts. The property was fully completed and handed over in the summer of 2023.
