Recruiting in Vaasa: We are seeking a Calculation Engineer and Site Manager!

We continue to grow in the Vaasa region and are now looking for new driven colleagues to join our team!

Jake Rakennus Oy is an Ostrobothnian construction company with strong roots in the region. Our goal is to be a reliable, long-term partner in turnkey contracting (EPC) for both the industrial and public sectors. We aim to be at the forefront of eco-friendly building solutions and deliver sustainable quality in everything we do.

Do you have experience in the construction industry and want to be part of a dedicated and efficient team in a growing family business? We are currently seeking two key individuals for our office and projects in Vaasa:

1. RESPONSIBLE SITE SUPERVISOR / SITE MANAGER

As a Responsible Site Supervisor, you will take independent, end-to-end responsibility for our construction projects on site. You will lead construction projects from pre-planning and scheduling to material procurement, cost tracking, and site safety. We are looking for a Construction Manager or Structural Engineer with experience in industrial or public building projects, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate your team toward established goals.

2. CALCULATION ENGINEER / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

As a Calculation Engineer, you will play a central role in our upcoming projects. You will be responsible for quantity surveying, pricing, evaluating vendor bids, and preparing competitive tender proposals. We are looking for someone with an engineering degree, strong cost consciousness, and a structured approach to work. You may be early in your career or a more experienced expert.
